El Duende del Fuego proposes a conceptual kitchen adapted to food allergies and intolerances. The food we handle is organic and produced and purchased 100% in La Palma, being pioneers in the Canary Islands with the ‘zero kilometer’ certificate.
We have received several awards, including Mahou’s first prize for Healthy Gastronomy, as well as finalists in the First International Potato Forum, and finalists in the National Potato Tortilla Competition in 2017.
It is the only restaurant in La Palma that works with meat of 100% certified native breeds. It is also the only restaurant on La Palma that works with EcoPalma, producers and organic consumers on the island.
